All content on this website (texts, images, design, source code, logo) is the property of RentRed or its rightful owners, and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, or public communication without express authorisation is prohibited.

Reviews published by users are solely the responsibility of those users. RentRed acts as an intermediary platform and does not assume liability for third-party content, without prejudice to its right to remove content that violates applicable law or these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

RentRed does not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or currency of published reviews. The platform does not verify user identity or the authenticity of reported experiences. The use of information on this site is solely the user's responsibility.

5. Privacy Policy

In compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, we inform you about the processing of your personal data.

6. What Data Do We Collect?

• Waiting list: email address.
• Reviews: property address, landlord name as indicated by the user, rating, and experience description. The review text does not require or display identity data about its author.
• User account (sign in with Google): to leave a review and manage it afterwards, you need to sign in with your Google account. We collect your email address, your name (as it appears on your Google account), and a unique user identifier (UUID) automatically generated when you register. We do not access your Google password or any other data from your Google account.

7. How Do We Use Your Data?

• The waiting list email is used to send you communications about RentRed's launch and updates.
• Review data is published on the platform to inform other users.
• The email, name and user identifier obtained when you sign in with Google are used exclusively to link the reviews you publish to your account, so you can view, edit or delete them later from "My reviews". We do not use this data for advertising purposes or share it with reviewed landlords.

8. Legal Basis for Processing

Data processing is based on the user's express consent, given when filling in the forms available on the site or when signing in with Google to leave a review.

9. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or until the user requests its deletion.

10. Who Do We Share Data With?

RentRed uses the following service providers who may access personal data:

• Airtable — data storage (USA, with adequate safeguards via SCCs)
• Brevo (Sendinblue) — email sending (France, EU)
• Netlify — website hosting (USA, with adequate safeguards)
• Tally — forms (Belgium, EU)
• Supabase — sign-in (authentication) management, with adequate safeguards via SCCs
• Google (Google OAuth) — sign-in provider for your Google account

We do not share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

11. Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights by writing to hello@rentred.app:

• Access — know what data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data.
• Objection and restriction — object to or restrict processing.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured format.

If you signed in with Google, you can also exercise your right to erasure yourself, with no need to email us: on My reviews you'll find a "Delete my account" button, which immediately removes your email and name from our records and unlinks your reviews from your account.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

This website does not use proprietary tracking cookies. It may use third-party services (Google Analytics, Google Maps) that set technical and analytical cookies. You can configure your browser to reject them.
