Tenants, just like you.

RentRed wasn't born in an office. It was born from a personal experience — too common and too unfair.

🏙️ Our story

I've lived as a tenant in several cities, including Madrid and Barcelona, and like so many people, I've had a hard time finding a flat or a room to live in.

We all feel a bit of fear or uncertainty when starting a new rental: will it be a scam? Will I get ripped off? Will I get my deposit back?

I wish I'd had more information when looking for a flat. If it would have helped me, why not you?

🎯 Our mission

The goal of this site is to try to answer all those questions, and more. Landlords know housing is a sensitive topic, and many take advantage of that. With this site, we want tenants to have more information when renting a flat: to see the history of reviews for that flat, what it was actually like, whether the landlord responds properly when there's a problem...

We're just getting started, Rome wasn't built in a day, but every review published can help someone in their search for their next home. If you've rented a flat, tell us about it: it'll take you two minutes and could save the next person a bad experience.

❌ What we are NOT

Not a real estate agency. We don't list flats, don't intermediate in rentals, and don't charge commissions.

We don't charge landlords. No landlord can pay to improve or remove their rating.

No property interests. We only care about one thing: giving tenants real information before they sign.

No. Reviews are controlled by tenants, not landlords. RentRed does not accept payments or pressure to remove legitimate ratings.

Yes, completely free for tenants. It always will be. We have no property interests.
For now, yes. We're getting started and want to do it well before expanding. Rome wasn't built in a day.
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. For now we're focusing on individual landlords.
We're just getting started. Every review published can save someone from a bad landlord. The more tenants join, the more useful it becomes. Join us and help build it.
